This hunter was carrying a barrel into the waterway many times allegedly going to "Attend a Meeting".
I think he was going to make a shady deal, but his buyer never came.

I actually just had this happen. One of my dwarves got unhappy because his child got killed by a batman. I watched him walk into the kitchen, grab a barrel of booze, and then wander around in a canyon the brook ran through. Seems like a bug. Probably easy to reproduce as well.
