I downloaded the file from the server and it appears to have 0 frames. I'm investigating this and other terminally short movies on the archive.
Bronzebeard, if you get chance can you send me the original CMV file for this by email? It would appear that the file on my server has 0 frames, hence the playback error.
I'm trying to investigate why, but have no answer right now.
