View / ReplySubmitted by: Charrat - 2009-11-29The thought and effort on display here is amazing. I stared in awe at the colourful, circular constructions. I let out a gasp when I saw your two-floor enbalconied bedrooms. I had shed a single tear when I witnessed the slow, deliberate crawl of the spiral tower through all of its z-level-spanning glory. |

View / ReplySubmitted by: Charrat - 2008-08-11Yes the bridges are still there (retracted at the moment). I had thought that retracting the bridges would be enough to collapse the floors, but apparently not. I would have preferred simply using deconstruction or channeling to collapse the floors instead, but the dwarves tend to get themselves stuck in dangerous positions when I try that. =) |

A two level stone store shaped exactually like the mouth of the volcano, this will be eventually dropped into the volcano, and this area resealed. Once I did out the river I expect the volcano's pipe to be carved out of the rock, maybe I'll see what happens if I carve everything out, let the pipe flood, then have the river flow over it. Possibly a layer of lava, with rock, and a river on top of it. - Brown Moses
