Movie: It's a Dog Eat Kobold World. | juice |
View / ReplySubmitted by: juice - 2009-02-10Video is extremely long for some reason, watch it on 300-400 speed for a more accurate representation. The whole scene took place probably over 20-25 seconds. Some kind of weird bug I guess? |

View / ReplySubmitted by: juice - 2008-12-27Could you imagine if you were that elf? You approach a known friendly dwarven fortress only to turn the corner and be greeted with a ballista bolt to the face. I also love how the 2nd elf turned and fled when he saw the donkey fly out from behind the wall. |

Movie: Probably a drug deal... | Dakira |
View / ReplySubmitted by: juice - 2008-09-20I actually just had this happen. One of my dwarves got unhappy because his child got killed by a batman. I watched him walk into the kitchen, grab a barrel of booze, and then wander around in a canyon the brook ran through. Seems like a bug. Probably easy to reproduce as well. |

View / ReplySubmitted by: juice - 2008-04-07I usually have 20-30 dwarves labeled something like that (last fortress I named them generic). They are basically haulers/smoothers. If I need something done quick I'll use dwarf foreman and assign that job something. For instance, if I need to quickly build a wall, I assign them all masonry and designate the wall. With 30 dwarves working on a wall, it doesn't take very long, regardless of their skill level. :) |

This little plateau is mostly underground, actually. It's the cap on an underground cave pond, but when I tried to put a farm plot on it, the black sand went away and has become replaced with rock tiles!
And that's not all... stare at one of the tiles for the duration of the entire movie. -
