Fortress: Healedabbey Duke

Yeah, it's sand

Now don't go "Oh, he cheated! this isn't as impressive!" My cheat was only for windows, as what Human lives in the dark? It will be turned back when every place a window is needed has one.

Fortress: Papersmith Tourettedog

Yeah, I went there.

I had completely forgotten about this until I noticed something about a "secret project" in my notes.

Fortress: Frostbridged Demonic Spoon

Yeah, about that pillar of history.

Eh, got irritating when I accidently designated parts of it to be engraved so I scraped the idea and engraved the entire thing.

Fortress: Gatereign Noble Digger

Ye Place of Fish

This small, walled-off adjunct to the brook serves as a headquarters and guild hall for the fortress' few fishermen.

Fortress: Distinctgravel Tharis

Ye Olde Wagonne

It looks so lonely.

Fortress: Cobaltcats Tharis

Ye Olde Survivale Cave

Now it's storage central, between animal processing, metalworks, offices for manager and bookkeeper (the latter has a personal statue, the former has a statue of the elevation of his friend to expedition leader.) And there's the main reservoir, to ensure that the prisoners and the sick don't go thirsty.

Fortress: Bootreign 1051 Cross Quantum

Ye Olde Lake of Bloode

A war dog mauled an entire herd of gazelles, then somehow got knocked into the river and drowned.

Submitted by: Cross Quantum - 2007-06-17

Fortress: Agepick Crayne

Ye Olde Gauntlet of Deathtraps

Goblins and other vermin get routed through this gauntlet of traps and fortifications. I usually don't have to do anything for sieges to end. :D

Submitted by: Crayne - 2009-10-21

Fortress: Paddlecolor-Redgate Llamiel

Ye Olde Forte

This was the original fort my dwarves lived in before they began excavating the entrance hall and surrounding rooms. Now it's used as a sort of combination barracks/prison.

Fortress: Mindbridges TeDDD

Ye Olde Dining Hall

When I reclaimed this fortress (after a single Jabberer massacred all my Dwarfs), water appeared in mid-air inside the first cavern. Consequently, the old Dining Hall was submerged as the water sought a path downward. While I did eventually drain it, the new Dining Hall (up these same stairs) remained the main one.

Fortress: Ceilingstoked AtomicPaperclip

Ye Old Fisherman's house

He constructed himself a house on the lonesome peninsula. He takes care of all of the raw fish cleaning. He fishes off the dock next to his house.

Fortress: Something very long that I cannot remember. Günter

Yay, gems.

I like gems.

Submitted by: Günter - 2007-12-19

Fortress: Catbane Dorten

Yay!!!

You know what's that, right?

Submitted by: Dorten - 2008-04-01

Fortress: Bloodfist Itnetlolor

YAY! PROGRESS!!!

As you can see, the ship is coming along fine. We're beginning progress on the next deck, so things upwards and onwards should be appearing quickly.

Soon enough, we should be able to fill in the holes, and give this beast some mass. It remains, still, a skeleton. But at least the copper cajones are building up.
