Two sieges, both attempting to rescue the Law Giver of the Goblin nation, rushed against the fortress drawbridge and were met by the marksdwarves and an assembled militia of two armies. The militia failed, but after a fight with the marksdwarves both armies were routed, with a great deal of them captured. - Serio

Around the same time as the two siege armies arrived, a Forgotten Beast decided to visit the caverns. After a tough fight with the militia, the mines were sealed temporarily. Once the military has recovered, the FB will either be captured or driven from the caverns. - Serio

Not that there's much "fishing" over it anymore, with all the fishes gone. Now it just serves as a watersource for the dwarves. - Serio

Unable to cross the water, the dwarves stopped the wagon at this location and migrated north in order to find a suitable area to settle in. For a year, it was the primary storage location for most of the outdoor resources.
During the Great Siege of 255, the wagon was destroyed by a group of angered trolls. Plans are underway to create a monument in its stead. Probably with a dwarf and a troll ontop of it. - Serio
