Third summer in my Human fortress. Hopefully one day it will have a bunch of narrow streets winding between tall buildings.
Right now all walls are of logs, eventually they will be encased in an outer wall of stone, with the current wall being a foundation for walkways along the fortifications.
The gates are not yet located, but there should be four more towers, one centered on each wall, with two of those being gates (probably the south side and the west side.)

Nice. A human fortress! I like how the stream goes under your fortress. It's not very high, but wide enough. Looks great!
