Lol I was just thinking how hard that tile set is to understand...
Anyways, I like the arrangement of what I belive to be your dining room.
The overall symetery is very pleasing.

In theory... if you assign workshops to individial dwarves, then when they are sleeping they are not working, and so can't annoy themselves... rarely the case though, unless you're dealing with lonely dwarves with no family. I think sound over Z-levels should be mitigated by flooring, but that's not the case.
