I started this map with the goblins already at war with my home civilization, so I raced to set up defenses before the goblins found me. Fort was founded in 309 so I had about 3 years.
The first goblin siege was broken by a dragon that appeared in the middle of it. That dragon was then killed by the dwarven caravan in the fall.
Shortly after this picture Stormcloisters suffered its second siege, which almost starved me out before they left.
In order to ensure a steady food supply I decided to seriously upgrade the outdoor defenses...
