Tradelightnings - 104 Early Spring by Zironic

Map Description:

I did some massive reconstruction to prepare for sieges...

Point of Interest: Ambush!

I was attacked by a group of Mr. Handies - fallout's equivalent of kobolds. My gunners shot them while a wrestler... wrestled. We killed three, and lost all of the animals used to show ambushes- so there is now a permanent station there. - Zironic

I like the deep and wide shafts that you've dug through the layers, and the narrow tunnels leading down... feels like a proper dwarven mine.

Interesting complex you have here, I'd like to see the rest of your outdoor area get more built up. Whats your plans with the lava on the surface?

Well, I was playing, and I looked at the little valley, and I was a little bored, and had some spare time - so I walled it off and flooded it with magma. I am eventually going to pipe it into either an above ground refinery or some sort of magma fall.

As for the complex. I am going to turn that vacate shell into a bar/slums with the second story being a separate barracks bedroom, and then building floors upon that.

A dwarven mine would probably be an area, seperate from the main fort, shaped like a Gulag, a type of strip mine.
