You do realize, that unless I'm reading my map wrong, that there's no way wagons can reach that depot right? They need three tiles open to the outside to access...

He's right, wagons won't be able to reach your depot like that. They need at a path that is at least three tiles across. You'll only get the merchants with mules and pack animals, which is a much weaker trading supply for your fortress.
