Following protocol; I have sent forth the map of the changes I have made to increase survivability, and increase productivity.
I hope, my liege, that we can finish your mighty airship. We cannot get started on it just yet, for accommodations must be met before work may progress.
Developments made shalt be visible. Please accept the progress we have put forth for now. Compared to prior reports, this is a vast improvement in little time.
We learned of the front door to the fort according to the location of the initial wagon.
Alongside, we have the beginnings of our defense positions and gateway system.
It is planned that we will have 2 separate switches, 1 inner, 1 outer. The switches, on the contrary, will be operated from a safe gatehouse not far from the doorway.
Until a more proper gateway is developed, this system will have to do. - Itnetlolor

This is the least we can do for our fallen brethren.
Over the course of the year, we will slowly improve upon this display to honor the groundbreakers of the project.
It's not much, but we have placed what statues we could find in honor of them on the designated places.
I intend to have a special order placed for "Cid". He fought until the very end. He deserves at least a gold statue; and furthermore, provided scrap metals we can find (or a particular silver mine); we can improve upon the statues already in place.
Cremation of the past will commence next season, I hope.
A recording will be in standby. - Itnetlolor
