I'd suggest it's cinnabar or the like. Unless he used iron ore or something, which would be pretty bad-ass IMO :D

It's made out of Kaolinite, I could make it out of iron ore as well, I have enough, HAHA. Let me annotate it so you guys can get a better idea what is going on.

I like how your rooms are spread around (specially the deep down room connected to the office in the first floor, behind the barracks) - this map definitely needs some PoIs!
