I ordered the final wall to be put up for my magma cannon to work and the retard who put it up will only put it up from the position he is in.

That pump looks to be a bit leaky - should probably move it 1 tile to the right so that its output tile will be sealed in.
(also, with temperature turned off [which it'd have to be, otherwise that axle would have burned up], magma won't be particularly dangerous)

Temperature-less magma might not BURN you but you can still drown in it :)
