This was the final recorded census of Copperblazes by the mountainhomes city liaison before all contact was lost. Copperblazes had found adamantine and was prepared to mine it out. Historians note that was experiencing decadence on an unprecedented scale. As nobles drank from gold plated, iron studded, platinum banded, bejeweled silver goblets while making senseless demands for green diamond, opals, and platinum items, the common dwarf was facing mass unemployment, as over 100 dwarves sat idle or were involved in non-stop parties.
Copperblazes survived over 33 goblin sieges with over 900 goblins dead, 92 dead kobold thieves, 84 fire man attacks, 12 demon attacks, 200 dead unicorns, and over 100 combined dead lizard men, cave crocodiles and giant toads.
"It was just pointlessly large."
Tihs is where all the dwarves who died are buried. The large tombs are for the champions who fell in battle. The field of greyrock coffins is for nobles who've been reprocessed. The common dwarves got a brass coffin, soldiers got a brass coffin with obsidian weapon/armor rack andstatue, merchants recieved a bronze coffin with a pair of chests. - Veryinky

Mined out the Pits area, double detailed it, put in doors, and then "sealed" it with bronze doors. In theory it should work just as well as the adamantine barrier. In theory. - Veryinky
