A lot has changed since the last one. The glass bubbles in the museum have been started, and the tower is nearly complete. We also have a new underground forest area, but that's not quite done yet.
Again, here's the story, for those of you who find this via DFMA rather than the DF forum.
( 108 Late Summer → onwards )
This is the entrance. As you can see, the barracks are on either side of the magma moat, protected by walls and statues. Or not, rather. They serve the purpose of drawing enemy fire towards the fortress guards instead of the important dwarves. The trade depot to the east is made of green glass so that it doesn't have to be rebuilt with every magma flooding of the elves. - LegoLord

Keep in mind, I didn't make the tileset. Just the fort. PTTG?! made the tileset.
Thanks though.

RE: poi.
I believe you want to check the 'POI Sharing' option. You can also specify an end year, and the POI will be present on maps up until that year. This checks the POI Sharing option by default. The button is in the upper left of the POI form.

"...with every magma flooding of the elves..." You sir, have made me smile. What's the matter, don't you like cloth? :) I'm personally trying to get as many exotic creatures from the elves as possible.

Thanks to Sinergistic, and you're welcome ClsfdKidd. Actually, I'm getting a surprising number of animals from the elves; I seize their stuff by dumping before magma time. Not too much stuff though, as that makes me wait longer for magma time. I love magma time.

That arena is huge, are the dwarves going to be able to see anything from that distance? I imagine shouts and screams and chinks on armour from the shadows...
I keep thinking maybe that those long walkways/bridges should have arched supports underneath them, looks like you're using dwarven steel and concrete to keep it in the air at the moment.
