A decade and a half into a rather enjoyable fortress, which may have to be abandoned due to the lack of central resources.

You see folks, this is how magma forges should be made. None of this minimalist only have a hole where the forge is. Make a lake and situate the forges on the edges. That's how you make a forge.

Δ 16. Fine Dwarven Industry
The majority of Canyonbodice's fine crafts and tools are produced here, as well as enough food to feed the entire fortress. Many a kitten is slaughtered here; a great deal are spawned due to the vermin. - Fox-Of-Doom
¶ 15. The Entrance
While I usually oppose traps, the lack of water has made the work of my military even more dangerous than usual. Each trap is composed of a single iron axe. There are gates at either end of the hallway, and retractable bridges above the forges. - Fox-Of-Doom
Δ 15. Trade Depot and Eatery
The traders gather here, allured by the odour of our fine cuisine. The depot is open to the sky, and a great deal of parties are held in the shade. Unfortunately, traders go past our fine barony for unknown reasons... we have not had the chance to purchase much needed tower-caps for years now. - Fox-Of-Doom
Δ 12. Forge
The only clothes created in Canyonbodice are for the military; a great deal of ore is processed here and turned into crafts, statues, weapons and armour. - Fox-Of-Doom
