Planabbey - 103 Early Spring by Fox-Of-Doom

Map Description:

Just a succession fortress with some friends.

Point of Interest: Bottom Floor

I've made 'crosshairs' showing where the central four stairways are parallel to, but you can build wherever you want. Just leave a side for the military. Please go a bit off with a hallway before building stuff; I want to try and make an automated defense thing later. Also, if you're going to rewall (which I would highly approve of) your tunnels, don't use gabbro. If you have lots of gabbro, use it to finish walling the sides in the above shaft. - Fox-Of-Doom

interesting... I've never been able to punch through an aquifer with pumps. Very efficient fort.

This is where the leatherworker/bonecarver decorates the stuff the tailor makes. Thanks to these two, the dwarves are content with their warm clothes and no other luxuries. You'll want to move this stuff down. - Fox-Of-Doom
Δ 13. Aquifer
This was a pain; I was not expecting double aquifer, and much of the ore I brought to smelt armour ended up being used for this. If, for whatever reason, you need this to start up again, simply place a meechanism at this point and tell a dwarf to manually pump, jumpstarting the wheels. - Fox-Of-Doom
