• Δ 129. Inner Gate
  When the dwarves that fled Tallguilds arrived at the site, they created a small trench and some bridges to prevent uninvited guests. This has been rendered more or less unnecessary by the summer of 258, with the construction of the outer wall. Also visible is the refuse pile. Which is a pile. Of refuse. - Serio
• ¶ 129. Outer Gate/Trade Depot

  Threats of kobold incursions, and the presence of a mysterious dark fortress in the vicinity forced the dwarves of Netbasis to build this wall to protect their fortress. It extends up the hill to the east, around the fortress, and ends in the west, to prevent archers and other rangers firing into the fields. - Serio

• Δ 128. Original Outpost

  ( 257 to 258 )
  This is where the original seven lived until migrants began arriving. It's used primarily for storage these days, and farming. The rooms once used by the Primevals(original seven) are now used by commoners that dislike the darker rooms below. - Serio

  Not much to say about the storage facilities. Plenty of space, although a lot of space was taken by an over-active mechanic who produced too many mechanisms for proper storage. But it managed, somehow. - Serio

• Δ 115. Darkened District

  ( 258 to 258 )
  During excavations for a new district, which would house production workshops, the dwarves(once again, as they did with the industrial district) uncovered a vertical drop. After surveying the caverns below properly, the area was deemed unsafe and sealed off. Later, a safe path to the underground lake was created, and dwarves can now safely retrieve water from the caverns without risking anything. - Serio

• Δ 115. Industrial District

  ( 259 Late Winter to onwards )
  This is the first area of the new fortress that was carved. It houses the stoneworks(left), woodworks(right), and mechanic workshops(left side of the hall). During initial excavations, the discovery of a large vertical drop into the caverns caused the project to grind to a halt. It was sealed off, and the workshops that were supposed to be located in the northern hall are now located in the Production District.
  
  As of 265, the northern hall has been reopened, and turned into a production district similar to the other ones. - Serio

  In Netbasis, domestic goods are varied. The Production District is the location of the Metalworks(left) and the Produce Subdistrict(right). It's the most active industrial sector of the fortress, with the stills constantly producing brew. - Serio

• Δ 115. Residential Districts

  ( 259 Late Winter to onwards )
  Living quarters for all dwarves. The Residential District is divided into three sectors, in descending order; Noble Sector, Luxury Sector, and Commoner Sector. The first eight rooms house the Primevals, plus an extra room for a dwarf that earns it. Next come the luxury rooms, which have a chest, but are otherwise identical to the commoner rooms.
  
  Every dwarf in Netbasis have a room for themselves. No one is left sleeping on the floor. - Serio
