Map Description:

A nice reclaimed fortress i've been playing on lately. Nothing great or exceptionnal. I usually try to make my fortress look realistic or at least plausible. Needs a lot of improvements; i feel my dwarves are just loosing time walking everywhere.
tileset : coaldiamond.

Cool. Its always nice to see other people enjoying my tileset. I guess you weren't a fan of the matching graphic set though?

your tileset is awesome ! I didn't use the graphic set because i had trouble setting it, an issue with resolution i think. I'll fix this because critters look great with it ! great job !

this is a very coherent design. pleases the eye. I like fortresses that are made to a mountainside.

Δ 94. First entrance

Δ 93. Barracks/Archery
My dwarves will soon be training here; the fortifications will allow them to fire at ennemies (or I hope so). This also needs improvements. - goddosupido
Δ 93. Current entrance
This is the entrance currently used by dwarves; it still needs improvements, but i've been more ambitious this time; I plan adding catapults or ballistae, then a magma trap (first time I'll try one of those ehe). Outside I've unsucessfully tried to use spear with a pressure plate but I need to design it again. - goddosupido
Δ 93. Rooms, part 1
These were the original rooms. In this fortress i've decided to dig large 3*3 rooms instead of the sad 3*1 room design. Much better looking but needs more work... Currently adding silver chests for each dwarf. - goddosupido
Δ 92. Hospital
My first working hospital ! Not very efficient but I think can handle them now; just need to think to build the well IN the room next time. - goddosupido
Δ 92. Lever room
Levers for the various floodgates i use for farming and the wells. Working fine but food production is just too far from living areas; i might change this later and move farms near the future heart of the fortress. - goddosupido
Δ 90. Future Meeting Hall
The future meeting hall is dug through 3 Z-levels. On each level i want to add statues of dwarves from the fortress, whether they're from this embark or the previous one. Maybe I will also use it as a dining hall. - goddosupido
