Cool entrance. It's like a secret entrance. You're going to need a buttload more traps though if you get siege/ambush.

Yeah, I'm hoping to set up traps all through that forked passage. I just ran out of stones recently (first time ever!) so I couldn't make any more mechanisms. Also, the barracks will be relocated to where the paths join up, so there's always some military dwarves between the invaders and the rest of the fortress.

This is where my dwarfs perfect their military routines. And/or stand around waiting for dodging demonstrations. - WorMzy

At first, I thought this poor soul will never walk again, thanks to a goblin kidnapper showing him the pointy end of his dagger. Multiple times.

He was initially reported as having a broken head and spine (as well as less *serious* injuries), but now is reported to (only?) have a broken head and right hand, as well as a mutilated left hand, left leg (upper and lower), right leg (upper and foot), and second finger (left hand).

I'm hoping he'll make a semi-full recovery in time. I just need to set up a traction bench to.. traction him. - WorMzy

This is where I store empty barrels and bins, so that I can keep an eye on how many I have spare, and can order the construction of more as required. - WorMzy

This is where caged animals go to die.

Here be:
* ammo
* coins
* bars/blocks (sans metal and coal)
* uncut gems
* non-trading finished goods (chains, flasks, backpacks, etc)
* leather
* cloth
* weapons/trap components
* armor

Basically, anything that can be stored in a bin that doesn't have it's own stockpile - WorMzy

It took a lot of time to complete, and I've already almost run out of free ones.. not sure where I'm going to put more rooms, the digging and detailing will make sleepy dwarves upset. - WorMzy
