Flamefortress - 1057 Mid Winter by ricemastah

Map Description:

This is what I had originally intended the map for the "Gods" succession thing to look like. However after running out of time for a self-established deadline I missed several parts of it. I hope you guys enjoy

DISCLAIMER: In case you don't know what that "Gods" succession game is, basically it called for us to cheat. A lot. In short I had limitless materials to create this and I was mainly limited by fps, and my imagination.

Point of Interest: Farm/Gem Storage

These are the farms that provide my dwarves with sustenance and plant material for clothing. The bridge and passageway can be closed during a siege to increase defensibility, and below the bridge is a pit of spikes. Although nothing would actually fall in, I guess the goblins or other enemies could be pushed into the spikes.
The small room in the bottom left corner leads to my gem storage facility. Although it cannot be seen there is a small mosaic underneath. Thankfully that was finished before The abandon. - ricemastah

Δ 18. The Bridge

( 1057 Mid Winter to onwards )
A small walkway connecting the two parts of fortress during a siege. In addition the fortifications allow for attack from above if goblins are stupid enough to pass underneath the bridge. - ricemastah
Δ 16. The Castle

( 1057 Mid Winter to onwards )
The castle. Pretty boring right now, and I believe just as boring for the God's Succession. The first floor has a DF on it in gold. Right now it covered in vomit and dwarf faces. Not too bad. The second floor has a picture of crossed swords which is nice. The rest of the floors are basically pretty boring however. - ricemastah
Δ 16. The Labyrinth
These rather innocuous staircases are the entrance to my Labyrinth. While it has been completed in the God's Succession game, it has not been fully engraved. If you explore the maze a bit you will see that even now it has not finished the detailing process yet either. - ricemastah

¶ 15. The Front Gate
This is the main entrance to my fortress. Nothing fancy, although all things considered I should have spruced it up a bit. I've got my depot and some outdoorsy type stuff set up. The bones and leftover equipment are from a recent siege and I hope that gets cleaned up soon. Again the bridge can be raised and the gate can be closed. Below is an incomplete spike pit, but it shall soon be finished. - ricemastah
Δ 14. Queen's Throne Room
This is the throne rooms of my queen, or it will be when she decides to show up. The area that hasn't been dug out yet is the planned dinning room, treasure hall, and bedroom. Also I plan to connect the King Consort to the 3 wide hallway on the left side.
The floor below is the entranceway to the Queen's Throne Room. As you can see it is fully double engraved, and the throne room proper shall also get a similar treatment once I have finished planning out the full details of the remaining rooms. Also the little indents in the walls will be housing statues when the engravers are finished. - ricemastah
