Sorry for the lack of updates, I didn't notice the passing of seasons until it auto-saved at the end of the year.
It's your turn, Werkt - it's your fortress now. See my points of interest.
If you're interested, these are the items the Summer Traders will pay good money for:
footware, blocks, thread, seeds, anvil, fish, tanned hides, windows, cloth, toys.
And the Autumn Traders:
maces, rock idols, cloth, metal amulets, powder, shields/bucklers, meals, earrings, legware, bracelets, threads.
So, I strip-mined this part of the map because this is where the magma is SUPPOSED to be... you'll probably have to dig deeper if you want to start making some weapons, etc (two of your dwarves are weaponsmiths, but I've kept them busy with other jobs).
Be careful how deep you dig... - MT86

You can download the compressed map file:

but you will need the .NET version of
SL's DF Map Compressor
to convert to the .PNG image format.

I've clear cut all the trees. Ration your lumber carefully.

I like the layout of the main living area.
Yearly updates to maps are usually sufficient, there isn't always enough change to show between maps.
